Return policy


Hey there! We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return an item. If you do, please reach out to us at within 7 days of receiving your order.

Just a heads up - we don't offer free return shipping, so any shipping costs associated with the return will be your responsibility. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please take a look at the product dimensions, photos, and descriptions before you make your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to ask - we're always happy to help!

Please keep in mind that some items, like discounted items, made-to-order products, furniture, hair and body care items, aroma spray, incense, candles, undergarments, and food are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders are also final sales. Additionally, items returned via the 'return to sender' method will not be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition with any packaging or tags they were shipped with. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Unfortunately, items that show signs of wear or damage during return shipping won't be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll issue a refund minus the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
