Shipping policy

We take pride in preparing your order with loads of love and care. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

US Orders

We offer shipping within the United States via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders

We currently offer shipping to Japan via USPS Priority Parcel for a flat rate of $60, which includes tracking. If you wish to lower the cost of shipping and forgo tracking and insurance, please contact us at info@familiadealma.com

Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and other additional fees may be charged by your local post office or government. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges, and we are not responsible for any fees that may be imposed once your package has left the United States. All international orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

Delivery Delays

In rare cases, packages may experience delays due to routing or sorting errors, or inclement weather conditions. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of packages within the United States. For international orders, please allow up to 45 days from the day of shipment for delivery.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the private carrier's office in your country to help locate your package. If the package is stolen, you will need to reach out to local authorities in order to claim their loss with their credit card company. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@familiadealma.com within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
